For all that adrenaline pumping excitement, Blur, the all new gaming zone on three levels, is the one stop shop for all things fun and addictive.

Large and well spread out over 15.000 square feet at the Sathyam complex itself, Blur has gaming on every conceivable platform; from PCs to hand-helds like the Sony PSP and Nintendo DS Lite, to consoles like the Sony Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360 and Sony Playstation 2. There is an entire floor dedicated to arcade games; both vintage and high-end, a two-lane bowling alley, a forty-two seater restaurant, a gaming store with the latest software and hardware and food counters on each floor. This is a first in the country; and its right here in Chennai.

The launch of Blur on the 7th of November with a big screen play- off was followed by the launch of Gears of War 2. Gears of War 2 is a tactical third-person shooter video game developed by Epic Games and published by Microsoft Game Studios for Xbox 360. It is the sequel to Gears of War.

Blur has something for everyone – from casual to multiplayer gaming on all possible platforms. At the fourth floor is the PC Gaming Zone with 28 high-end gaming PCs packing the latest graphics hardware from Nvidia and 24-inch Dell LCD screens, which redefines the term “state-of-the-art”. The fifth floor has the Wii and Singstar Zone, Bowling and Blur Café while the sixth floor has the Arcades and Next-Gen Consoles. What is exciting is that several events have been planned at Blur in the future, including tournaments, game launches, gaming parties, theme weeks, and most importantly, industry interactions.
